It is going to be called the Conference of Youth for Rio+20 (aka Youth Blast for English participants). Thousands of young leaders from around the world will converge on the Conference of Youth for Rio+20 in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) to share their skills and prepare for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20). The Major Group of Children and Youth have decided to hold two days of preparations (National Conference of Youth for Rio+20) for the thousands of interested Brazilian young people in Portuguese. The goals of the Conference of Youth is to provide information and training for leaders around the CSD and provide a space for young people to share best practices for implementing solutions and participating in decision-making at the international level.
