| Description: | On the 22nd of August 2013 Nedbank and WWF-SA, founding partners of the WWF-Nedbank Green Trust, are hosting a breakfast session at 135 Rivonia Road in Sandton. The aim of the occasion is to showcase some of the great work that the WWF-Nedbank Green Trust has been doing in our communities in nearly 25 years of existence. As part of this breakfast session some of the projects that have benefited from the trust will take you through their work and journey. So it is a great opportunity for us as a company to invite our valued clients, to see the excellent work that Nedbank is contributing through funding the WWF-Nedbank Green Trust. Since inception, Nedbank has donated almost R150 million to support nearly 200 environmental projects throughout South Africa. The trust funds projects in climate change, freshwater conservation, marine conservation, preservation of outstanding places, conservation of species of special concern such as rhino and conservation leadership. The details of the event are below. This is one of the many sessions planned to share with our valued clients and it aligns with our aspiration of being a green and caring bank.
