| Description: | The People’s Climate Camp 2013 Alternatives Fair on The Global Day of Action on Climate Change: Saturday 16th November People living on the fence line of petrochemical plants and power stations in Durban, the Vaal Triangle and the Highveld, waste pickers and community groups from around KZN are holding a climate camp in south Durban from November 13th to 17th. On the Global Day of Action, the camp will host an open day and alternatives fair. The open day is open to all. For the Alternatives Fair, we are inviting people, organisations and firms to showcase technologies and visions for sustainable living and sustainable settlement. Be warned! There will be minimal facilities and no mains electricity. So it is perfect for displaying your alternatives. But bring what you need to display it with you.
