This 3 day hands on course builds on the Carbon Footprint Analyst course to enhance the experience of the learner ensuring that they have the skills to undertake carbon footprints for large corporations.

The course contains a recap of principles covered in the Carbon Footprint Analyst course and then goes on to broaden the knowledge of the learner around international emissions factors, industry specific methodologies and other reporting initiatives (King iii, GRI and CDP) to ensure that the learner is well rounded and gains the confidence to conduct complex carbon footprints. The course also covers how to conduct a Product Carbon Footprint (PAS2050) Other important areas that the course looks at are verification of carbon footprints (ISO 14065) and applicable local and international legislation. On completion learners will have the skills and knowledge to conduct a carbon footprint for a large or industry specific company as well as a basic Product Carbon Footprint.

Pre-requisites:

Students must have EITHER completed Carbon Footprint Analyst OR have gained experience in the workplace conducting carbon footprints. All students must also have experience working with Excel.
Certification/Accreditation

Carbon Footprint Analyst Courses strictly adhere to the GHG protocol and ISO 14064. Both of these standards are considered global Best practice for carbon accounting and are accepted globally.
