24 Hours of Reality: Cape Town

For a full 24 hours on 20 – 21 November 2019, Climate Reality Leaders trained by Nobel Laureate and former US Vice President Al Gore will be presenting 24 Hours of Reality: Truth in Action in hundreds of communities all around the world.
African Climate Reality Project in collaboration with Rotary International District 9350, is hosting the Cape Town leg of this global day of action, and we would love to see you there!
The evening will be packed with action-inspiring, solutions-based conversations about the climate crisis, and the exclusive 24 Hours of Reality: Truth in Action presentation will be led by one of African Climate Reality Project’s dedicated Climate Reality Leaders.
In partnership with One Tree Planted, The Climate Reality Project will also plant one tree for every attendee, which means by attending you will help reforest critical areas around the world!
As teenage climate activist, Greta Thunberg says, “The most important thing we can do right now is to inform people about what is actually going on” – so join us in this global climate conversation, and put climate truth into action from 18:00 – 21:00 on 21 November at Workshop17, V & A Waterfront – entry is free, and food and drinks will be provided.
