Zero Waste Home talk at Two Oceans

Next month, the Two Oceans Aquarium will host a talk by world-renowned speaker Bea Johnson. Known as a Zero Waste lifestyle expert, Johnson will be sharing her knowledge and know-how regarding a waste-free lifestyle.

Johnson and her family generate a quart-size jar of waste per year. With her passion and positive outlook, Johnson – “the priestess of waste-free living” – launched a global movement, Zero Waste Home, and has become one of the leading spokespeople for the zero-waste lifestyle.

Johnson is touring South Africa during May and the Two Oceans Aquarium is thrilled to be hosting her for a learning and networking event. In line with the Aquarium’s sustainability journey and objectives, we welcome this opportunity to learn, first-hand, from someone who has proven how possible and rewarding a minimalistic lifestyle can be.
